I have to take the side of Walt on his editorials on news, history, county and city history, city and state government, etc. He is a walking encyclopedia on Red Willow County and the surrounding area. We moved here less than two years ago and have learned so much about this area from Walt's writings. I just wish I would have collected each and every one of his reports. I think a booklet could be published and titled "BY WALT"...
