School Board okays 4% increase for superintendent salary

McCOOK, Neb. — The McCook Board of Education Monday night unanimously approved the base salary of $180,828.85 for Superintendent Grant Norgaard for 2022-23, an $8,528.85 increase from last year’s salary. With benefits, totally salary package for Norgaard is $237,654, pending updated insurance costs.
