A 12-year-old boy McCook was arrested after he allegedly stole several trucks and found the keys missing from an airplane at the McCook airport. McDONALD -- Harvey A. Black, 85, died Monday (Aug. 18, 2003) at his home in rural McDonald. He was born April 11, 1918, to Earl and Elizabeth (Breford) Black in Alva, Okla. He served in the 41st Division of the Army from Oct. 1941-Nov. 1945. On Jan. 30, 1948, he married Frieda S. Antholz in Denver, Colo.
