For college students, it's extremely frustrating when a course is canceled because too few students sign up. It happens almost every semester ... especially for advanced classes such as organic chemistry and calculus. Needing at least 10 students to meet minimum expenses, colleges have to pull the plug when enrollment falls short. Wishing Chair, duo Kiya Heartwood (left) and Miriam Davidson, are set to perform at Sehnert's Bakery and Bieroc Cafe today at 8 p.m., with the doors opening at 6 p.m. The singing/songwriting group originates in Kentucky and performs folk music. Meanwhile, the laundry room is an afterthought, a small room crammed into a corner of the basement.
