Dear Editor: Phil Lyons has been on the city council through the whole process of the water situation. To comment "because like you it has fallen on my shoulders" is a cop out. Admit you were part of the council from the beginning of what has occurred to us (the tax payers) rather than put blame on those who have left the council. Unfortunately we can not currently look them in the eye (as elected officials) and demand the same from them...
