Voluntary water watch still in effect

McCOOK, Neb. — The City of McCook “Water Watch,” which places a voluntary restriction on residential outdoor water usage from noon to 6 p.m., is still in effect as of Monday morning. “We are asking residential customers to not water from noon to 6 p.m. and large commercial customers to irrigate during the afternoon hours.
