Missing man's body recovered

The body of a McCook man missing since late Sunday afternoon was pulled from an icy pond in Barnett Park Monday afternoon. Law enforcement officials, emergency responders, friends, co-workers and volunteers had searched for 33-year-old Scott Hoffman since his wife, Darcey, reported him missing about 6:30 p.m., Sunday.
