McCook man faces arraignment for drug charges next week
McCOOK, Neb. — A McCook man is facing arraignment next week on drug charges stemming from a multi-agency investigation.
Two business operators and one employee were arrested last week in Scotts Bluff and Red Willow counties after investigations into the alleged sale of controlled substances.
Arrest warrants were served regarding the alleged illegal sale of mushroom products sold at stores in multiple communities.
On June 5, Robert Hall, owner of Dr. Feel Good in McCook, was arrested and charged with delivery/distribution/manufacture/possessionor of a controlled substance (Schedule I, II, III) and possession of a controlled substance. Arraignment is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, in Red Willow County Court. He is being held on a $150,000 bond, with a 10% cash provision.
The other two arrested that week were the owner and an employee of La Bamba in Scottsbluff.
The investigation was a cooperative effort between McCook Police Department, the Nebraska Attorney General’s office and Nebraska State Patrol.
