McCook coach's comments:
McCOOK, Neb. — McCook boys track-field coach Tom Sughroue talks about Monday’s home JV meet and the Don Bader Invitational from Friday where results appear on Page 10.
“Our guys continued to get better weekend and weak out yesterday I thought we had some nice marks at our JV meet Blake Willis triple jumped just over 43 feet which is a personal best for him are four by one relay ran really well yesterday I ran a season‘s best low 45s that would be with Miles Pollmann, Blake Willis, Oliver Corbett, and krayten Ureste. Lexington I thought that Rambler Farr ran a very nice half in his career best friend which is a 2:14 I think he will get faster as we go along. our hurdles ran very well Quinn Taylor continues to get better. Gunner caps is doing better. I just think our kids are continue to get better. Our throwers are doing better Derick Spencer had a throw just over 41 foot yesterday in the shotput, a PR for him. So we are seeing improvements hopefully, we continue to see those.”
