Raymond was born on July 1, 1933.

Ramond’s family includes his children: Kenneth and Carol Kelley of Danbury; Jeanne and John Paulsen of Arapahoe; and Bruce and Dianne Kelley of Danbury. He has eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
