Commissioners to make decisions on property tax protests

McCOOK, Neb. — Red Willow County Commissioners are expected to make final decisions on property valuation protests including fire damage at Monday’s regular meeting, acting as a board of equalization.

As a board of commissioners, the board will meet with Steve Barenburg regarding gravel and with Joyce Deaver of Tri-Valley Public Transportation on a request for continued support.

The regular meeting opens at 9 a.m., and a hearing on the property valuation protests begins at 1 p.m.
