The family of Sally (Lafferty) Rowe of Maryville, Mo., is requesting a card shower in honor of her 65th birthday on Saturday, May 8, 2021. She was born in McCook, Neb., and attended schools in Red Willow County, graduating from McCook Junior College in criminal Justice. She owned the Danbury Rec for a number of years and was active in the community. A move to Kansas led her to Beloit, Kan., where she received a diploma in computers. She lived and worked in and around Jewell, Kan., for many years. Sally lived at Hilltop Nursing Home and recently moved to Missouri to be closer to family. Her siblings are Don Lafferty of McCook, Lyle Lafferty of Scranton, Kan., John Lafferty of Gibbon, Neb., Susan Campbell of Lodi, Calif. and Betty Florea of Hopkins, Mo.
