Down 6-2, Juniors rally to beat Hastings 7-6

Catcher Lucas Gomez-Wilson (above) tagged out Hastings' potential tie-breaking run in Tuesday's top of the seventh, then scored a winner for McCook First Central Bank when teammate Jacob Gomez-Wilson (13) drilled one final double into left-center field. The Juniors celebrated a 7-6 comeback win over Hastings after falling behind 6-2 through four innings. Cameron Werkmeister (left) singled to start the winning seventh inning while many teammates helped with this comeback win.
