Kellie Julie Neises and Blake Andrew Randels of Medicine Lodge, Kan., announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Parents of the bride-to-be are Gary and Deanna Snyder of McCook, Neb., and Shawn Neises of Kingman, Kan. Grandparents are Ron and Mary Thielen of Gilbert, Ariz. and Ted and Pat Neises of Nashville, Kan. Great-grandparent is Mary Oller of Cunningham, Kan.

Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Jay and Jodie Randels of Alva, Okla. Grandparents are Roy and Diana Bowman of Sharon, Kan., and Bob and Phyllis Randels of Medicine Lodge.

The bride-to-be graduated from McCook Senior High School in 2015 and from Hutchinson Community College in 2018. She is attending Southwestern Oklahoma State University and works as a registered health information technician at Pratt Regional Medical Center, in Pratt, Kan.

The prospective bridegroom graduated from Baldwin High School in Baldwin, Kan., and attended Baker University. He works at Blacksheep Roustabout in Medicine Lodge as a pumper.

A Sept. 28, 2019, wedding is planned at St. Leo Catholic Church in St. Leo, Kan.

The couple plans to honeymoon in St. Lucia immediately after the wedding and will be residing in Medicine Lodge.
