LINCOLN, Neb. — Arlene Wickizer, 82, of Lincoln, died on Sept. 10, 2018.

Arlene was born Aug. 18, 1936, to Conrad and Ella (Groothuis) Scheneman in Wray, Colo.

Arlene enjoyed baking, crafting, decorating wedding cakes, traveling and the Red Hat Society. But most of all, she loved her family. Arlene was loved and adored by all, she will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and granddaughter, Rachelle.

She is survived by her husband, Arch; children, Mike (Karen) Wickizer, Trish (Rick) Stromer, Cindy (John) May, and Steve (Wendie) Wickizer; sisters, Darlene (Don) Peterson, and Judy Coats; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were be 12: p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018, at Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home, 4040 A Street, Lincoln 68510.

Interment followed at 2 p.m. in the Yankee Hill Cemetery.

Visitation was two hours prior to the service.

Memorials are suggested to the family for further designation.
