MCC golf tourney arrives in June

McCOOK, Neb. — McCook Community College is hosting an alumni/community golf tournament June 23 at Heritage Hills Golf Course.

This is a four-person scramble with payouts for the top three teams in each flight.

“Everybody is invited to come out and enjoy a day of golfing to help support the scholarship fund,”Tim Zehnder, golf tournament committee chairman, said.

Cost is $75 per team and includes 18 holes, a cart, a sleeve of golf balls and a meal following the round.

There will be hole prizes for each hole.

Proceeds from the event will go towards scholarships for MCC graduates planning to transfer to a four-year college or university.

Hole sponsorships are available at $100 per hole.
