Music, barbecue at Norris Park on Thursday night

McCOOK, Neb. -- The McCook Community Chest is hosting a free-will donation barbecue at Norris Park Thursday evening in conjunction with McCook National Bank's Hot Summer Nights Concert.

Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. with proceeds going to support Community Chest served organizations and governmental entities throughout Southwest Nebraska. The menu includes pulled pork sandwiches, chips, cookie and bottled water.

MNB's Hot Summer Nights Concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. with McCook musicians Oscar and Stephanie Montes, followed by The Innocence at 7 p.m.
