Area students named on UNO Chancellor's and Dean's list

OMAHA, Nebraska -- More than 3,370 students from across the United States and around the world have been recognized for their academic achievements with inclusion on the University of Nebraska at Omaha's (UNO) Chancellor's and Dean's lists for the Fall 2013 semester.

To qualify for the Chancellor's List, students must earn a grade point average of 4.0 for courses taken at UNO during the semester, provided 12 or more semester hours were completed.

Area students include:

Emily Ellen Tolliver

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for courses taken at UNO during the semester, provided 12 or more semester hours were completed.

Those students include:

Beaver City: Alicia Lambert; Indianola:Allison Been, Mark Richard Hauxwell II;

McCook: Derek Lee Brooks, Taylor N. Hansen, Whitney Elysse Korgan, Connor Thomas Larson, Kari Jo Sherman, Kayla Sue Spilinek.
