Wallace, 51, 808 West 10th Street -- Class III felony burglary, amended by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood to theft by unawful taking (food items valued at less than $200 during a March 2013 incident at St. Patrick's School in McCook), sentenced to 90 days jail to be served consecutively with other criminal cases; second degree criminal trespass, 90 days jail to be served at the same time.
