The bride to be is the daughter of Bryan and Mary Heithold of Wayne, Nebraska. She graduated from Wayne High School and attended University of Nebraska-Lincoln with degree in finance. She is employed at United Healthcare in Omaha

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Richard and Debra Cappel of McCook, Nebraska. He graduated from McCook Hgh School and attended UNL. He is the president of Cappel Auto Supply and Fremont Truck and Auto Parts, NAPA Auto Parts stores in Elkhorn and Fremont.

A Sept. 28, 2013, wedding is planned at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fremont, Nebraska.
