Eric Hampton, 24, 408 East E Street -- domestic assault (Jan. 8, 2013, incident, 3:06 a.m. at 408 1/2 East E Street), jail 30 days, credit for 1 day already served; terroristic threats, dismissed by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood at the request of the victim.

Jay J. Weston, 23, 1005 W. Fourth Street -- contribute to the deliquency of a child (Feb. 17, 2013, incident, 7:47 a.m. at Road 392 and Road 715) probation 6 months, suspended jail sentence of 14 days to be served on Oct. 1, 2013, and can be waived by the court at the recommendation of a probation officer; procure/sell alcohol to a minor, not pursued; violate drivers license regulations, not pursued; obstructing a peace officer, not pursued; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood.

Toni M. Rowe, 45, 907 W. First Street -- theft by shoplifting $201-$499 (March 1, 2013, incident at Walmart involving a shopping cart full of items valued by the retailer at $573), sentenced to a combined 24 days in jail with credit for 1 day already served and 12 months probation. Jail sentence ordered to be served in three one-day increments in May 2013 that cannot be waived and two ten-day increments in July and October 2013 that can be waived by the court at the recommendation of a probation officer.

Lonny G. Carfield, 40, 409 East 12th Street -- driving under suspension, $50 fine, driver's license revoked 1 year; speeding 75 mph in a 50 mph zone, $200 fine; loaded shotgun in vehicle, $50 fine; hunt wildlife with artificial light, $250 fine; no small game tag, $75 fine.

Lonny G. Carfield, 40, 409 East 12th Street -- probation violations stemming from arrest for driving under suspension and other offenses, ordered to continue probation with no modifications. Original probation sentence stemmed from Oct. 13, 2012, conviction for drunk driving and possession of open alcohol container.

Ryan E. Wheelbarger, 27, 1404 W. First Street -- DUI (.10), amended by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood to reckless driving, $200 fine, probation 6 months; improper/defective vehicle lights, not pursued.

Christopher M. Adamson, 21, 209 W. Fourth Street Apt. B1 -- speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone, $75 fine.

Micki W. Morris, 32, 1604 W. Fourth Street -- no registration, dismissed by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood.

Christina M. Schrader, 32, 312 South Street -- disobey flashing signal, $75 fine; no insurance and no registration infractions dismissed by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood with court documents indicating proof shown.

Mauro Bueno, 16, 38386 Drive 715 -- speeding 37 mph in a 25 mph zone, $75 fine; improper lane change, $25 fine.

Dale A. Bamesberger, 79, Indianola -- speeding 97 mph in a 65 mph zone, $200 fine.

Randall D. Goltl, 47, 2202 Norris Avenue -- speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone, $75 fine.

Justin M. Daffer, 18, Danbury, Nebraska -- speeding 70 mph in a 60 mph zone, $25 fine.
