County officials attends state workshop in Kearney

KEARNEY, Nebraska -- Sandra Kotschwar and Kristi Korell, of Red Willow County, completed a three-day workshop conducted here Aug. 27 - 30 for Nebraska county assessors.

The annual workshop, attended by approximately 130 county officials and employees, is part of a continuing education and leadership development series sponsored by the Nebraska Association of County Officials.

The workshop updated county assessors and staff on recent changes in state laws and provided extensive training on the responsibilities of their respective office.
