Ed and Ruth Ruf

The family of Ed and Ruth Ruf of Wilsonville is requesting a card shower in honor of the couple's 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Aug. 14, 1960, at the Presbyterian Church in Lebanon, Nebraska. Family of the couple includes their children, Kevin and Barb Hitt of Long Island, Kansas, Bill and Bev Moorberg of El Dorado, Kansas, and Robert and Sherri Ruf of Oberlin; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The family is hosting a pot luck dinner Aug. 14, noon, at the Wilsonville Community Building with a 2 p.m. open house celebration to follow.
