Letter to the Editor

Arch enemies

Wednesday, December 17, 2008

Dear Editor,

After hearing of the shoes being thrown at President Bush while giving a speech in Baghdad, I was fit to be tied.

What kind of heel would do that?

Those Iraqis should be thankful they have the Democracy.

Those damn militants should be taught a lesson for having so much hatred and violence in their sole!

Steve Stramel,

McCook

  • Just think what would have happened if he had thrown them at the former dictator. He probably would have had to watch his entire family be tortured and killed, before he was tortured and killed himself.

  • I agree with bigmike, dubya is the new dictator of Iraq. The shoe thrower so far has had two arms broken and his teeth knocked out. Who knows what lies in his future. What would happen to somebody in USA who would throw shoes at dubya? How many years would they be locked up in gitmo?
