Letter to the Editor

International affairs

Dear Editor,

Several days ago, the resignation of Fidel Castro made minor headlines in the papers. President Bush said the Cubans might have a democracy this time. Candidate Hillary said she wouldn't talk to Fidel's brother unless he brought about economic reform.

And, she said the rogue nation's that might have nukuler bombs are not nice.

President Bush said he acted robustly.

The regime change in Iraq is working out quite nicely, because only 900 have been killed last month, because 1,200 were killed a year ago.

And, Sen. Ben Nelson said our soldiers are an investment. Ben Nelson has been to Iraq three times or more.

Steve Stramel,

McCook

  • Steve, I appologize my stupidity, but, what sky are you saying is falling....or not? I find no point in your words. Sorry, Arley Steinhour
