Case, Walker wedding
STRATTON -- Heather Renee Case of Max and Billy Joe Walker of Trenton were united in marriage June 23, 2007 at the Christian Union Church in Stratton, with the Rev. Kevin Fink officiating.
Parents of the couple are Elmer and Tally Case of Max and Johnny Walker of Trenton and the late Rosemary Walker. Grandparents are Velma Case of Benkelman.
Christina Case, sister of the bride, of Lincoln, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Annette Case, sister of the bride, of Max, Gretchen Banks and Cindy Hancock,
The best man was Scott Walker, brother of the bridegroom, of Trenton. Bridegroomsmen were Giles Armstrong and David Darling, brothers-in-law of the bridegroom and Scott Faimon. Ushers were Taylor Sapp, Jacob and Justin Schroeder, cousins of the bride and Matt Golding.
Mallory Darling and Christopher Armstrong, niece and nephew of the bridegroom, served as the flower girl and ring bearer.
The bridegroom's father led in prayer and delivered the message during the ceremony.
Angel Armstrong and Crystal Darling, sisters of the bridegroom, sang a duet and the bride's father sang the Lord's Prayer during the lighting of the unity candle.
Beth, Wendy and Maria Case, cousins of the bride, played the piano, violin and flute, respectively. Becky Case, cousin of the bride, lit the candles and Tiffany Walker, sister-in-law of the bridegroom, of Trenton, was guestbook attendant.
Greeters included Elizabeth Brown, cousin of the bridegroom and Valerie Horobik. Hosts at the reception were Marita Todd, aunt of the bridegroom and Erwin and Joyce Cushing, all of Stratton.
The bride graduated from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Ill. and teaches Spanish at Southwest Schools in Indianola and Bartley.
The bridegroom graduated from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minn. and is employed by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.,
After a honeymoon in San Francisco, the couple has made their home in Trenton.
