Bison 7th grade boys teams 1-2 against Ogallala

The McCook Junior High School seventh grade boys A, B and C basketball teams competed against Ogallala Thursday at the MJH gym.

The Bison fell to Ogallala in the A and B games, but won the C game.

McCook lost 49-11 in the A team game. Tyson Karr and Tatem Stang teamed up with 4 points each for the McCook.

Folchert led Ogallala with 17 points and Washa and Speck both had 8.

Bison came up short 25-17 in the B team game. Tatem Stang led the scoring with 8 points. Kyle Winscot also put in 8 points for Ogallala.

McCook won the C team game 14-8 over Ogallala.

Graham Christopherson and Tanner Lake both had 4 points for the Bison. Cody Hughes also had 4 points for Ogallala.

McCook hosts Lexington at 4 p.m. Jan. 29.
