Arterburn, Kaminski wedding
Jennifer Arterburn and Marc Kaminski were united in marriage, April 29, 2006, at St. Patricks Catholic Church in McCook, with the Rev. Gary Brethour officiating.
Parents of the couple are Tom and Cindi Arterburn and Tom and Debbie Kaminski of McCook. The bride's grandparents are Bob and Teresa Purvis and Kermit and Charlene Arterburn of McCook. The bridegroom's grandparents are Ann Plas of Amherst, Ohio, and Irene Kaminski of Elyria, Ohio.
Terri Ann Purvis, of Cherry Hill, N.J., aunt of the bride and Sara Cappel of Avondale, Ariz., served as maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Nikki Fuehrer of Omaha, Amanda Peterson, of McCook, and Bobbi Andrews, of Wray, Colo.; Tammy Hancock, of Wahoo, and Sarah Kaminski of North Platte, sister-in-law of the bride.
The bestmen were Matt Kaminski of North Platte and Dan Kaminski of North Ridgeville, Ohio, both brothers of the bridegroom. Bridegroomsmen were Mike Broderson of Omaha, Rob Bentley, of Big Rapids, Mich., Jason Barthel of Laramie, Wyo., and Ryan Deterding of Omaha, and Mike Hancock of Wahoo.
Ryan Kaminski of North Platte, nephew of the bridegroom, was the ringbearer. Ushers were Joel Arterburn of McCook, Josh Arterburn of Lincoln, both brothers of the bride; Andrew Carlson, of Battle Creek, Brandon Soden of Lincoln and Jeff Burback Souix City, Iowa.
Diana Gull of McCook was the pianist and Maegon Coble of Denver was the soloist.
The reception was at the Community Building on the Red Willow County Fairgrounds. Max and Carol Broderson and Jeff and Diane Gross of McCook and Jim and Deb Winchell of York were host couples. Erik and Hollie Eiler of McCook were guest book attendants and Sara Winchel and Lori Arterburn, both of Lincoln, were reception assistants.
The bride has a bachelor's degree in Family Science from UNL and is the Program Director at Behaven Day Center in Omaha. The bridegroom has a bachelor's degree in Education from Chadron State and is an Alternative Education Teacher at Wahoo. The couple honeymooned in Puerto Vallaita, Mexico and are making their home in Wahoo.
