Leta Lenhart

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Leta Lenhart, 97, died Oct. 25, 2005, at Pikes Peak Care Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.

She was born in McCook, Sept. 29, 1908, to Conrad and Katherine (Roth) Lenhart.

She attended the McCook Public School and graduated from Stayner Business College. She was a legal secretary with Richey's Law Firm; office manager and accountant with F.E. Dillman Loan and Insurance Agency; and until her retirement was the Manager and Accountant with Noll Insurance Agency. She served as the secretary-treasurer of the Westside Congregational Church.

In March 1999 Leta moved to Colorado Springs to live with her sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Conrad and Katherine; two sisters, Pauline Treber and Carolyn Lenhart; and three brothers, John, Ralph and Douglas Lenhart.

Survivors include her sister, Eleanor Vandell of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and brother, Richard Lenhart and wife Carol of Deltona, Fla.

Inurnment services will be 4:30 p.m., Saturday. at Riverview Cemetery in McCook with Jerry Beckenhauer officiating.
