Carl Smock Elementary?

What's in a name? A lot. I agree that with the completion of a new elementary school, a new name is in order. How about Carl Smock Elementary? Mr. Smock gave his life to education and he truly cared for our young people. He touched many lives forever. What a fitting tribute for one of McCook's finest educators.
