The family of Dessa (Richter) Phares is requesting a card shower in honor of her 90th birthday July 4. Her children are DeAnna Schutte, Judy and husband, Gary Malone and Jenene and husband, Jerry Smith, all of Palisade. She has six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
