Enforcement needed

Dear Editor,

I have driven from North Platte to the Elm Creek interchange two days a week for the past five years, and it won't do any good to increase the speeding fines until they can catch them.

I drive the speed limit, and they just fly around me.

They can put all the fines into effect, and it won't do any good until they have more enforcement.
