Donald Yost

MUSKEGO, Wis. -- Donald Yost, 86, died Thursday (April 17, 2003).

He was born May 30, 1916, in Sutton, to Louie and Ida (Neunschwander) Yost. He spent most of his youth in McCook before the family moved back to Sutton where he graduated. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1939. He was a JC Penney manager in Escanaba, Mi., until he retired in 1972.

Survivors include his wife, Helen (Mahoney) Yost; two step-sons, Tom Mahoney and wife, Doris and Kevin and wife, Judy; and three step-daughters, Patricia and husband, Ted Leahy, Karen Gradey and Colleen Greco.

Burial will be in Sutton at a later date.
