GREELEY, Colo. -- Louise M. Fuhrer, 79, died Wednesday (Jan. 16, 2002) at North Colorado Medical Center.

She was born April 28, 1922, in McCook to Louis and Hattie (Smith) McCurdy. She was a graduate of McCook High School.

On July 17, 1942, she married Robert D. Fuhrer in Oberlin. They made their home in McCook until they moved to Colorado in 1950.

She was a member of the Hope Center Foursquare Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son; three sisters; and one grandson.

Survivors include her husband, Robert; three daughters, Bonnie Dilka of Kersey, Colo., Carolyn and husband, Wendell Watson of Eaton, Colo., and Janice and husband, Ron Winslow of Kersey, Colo.; one son, Jerry and wife, Jane; one sister, Delores Kaiserman of Texas; one brother, Charles McCurdy of Tucson, Ariz.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be Monday, 10 a.m., at Allnutt Funeral Service - Macy Chapel in Greeley, Colo. Interment will be at Arvada Cemetery in Arvada, Colo.

Visitation is Sunday, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Allnutt Funeral Service -- Macy Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the Hope Center Foursquare Church building fund in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, 702 13th Street, Greeley, CO 80631.
