Dear Editor,

One of my most cherished memories as a sportscaster is to watch Nebraska's best compete in the State Football Championships. In football, as in life, there will be days when you are at the very top of your game and there will be days when you still have a big hill to climb. But, when you reach Memorial Stadium on that championship field to play for the state's highest prize, always remember, win or lose, you have reached the very top. Congratulations on your state football championship. Keep your great effort going and you will always be a winner in life.
