Petersen 95th birthday

The family of Eva Petersen, formerly of McCook, is hosting an open house July 13, from 2-5 p.m., at the Hershey Baptist Fellowship Hall in Hershey. She was born July 11, 1908, in McCook to Mr. and Mrs. Harry Culbertson. She and her late husband, Edward owned the Ideal Laundry and Cleaners in McCook and she worked at Hillcrest Nursing Home until retiring in 1982, and moving to Hershey a year later. She has two children, Robert and family of Wichita, Kan., and Diane Tillman and family of Hershey. She has six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
