I would like to thank the 220 citizens of the Hitchcock County School District for signing the Neighborhood Petition to save our Red Brick School Building. There has been no action on this petition. I called the high school on July 1, 2011 to get on the agenda for the July 11, 2011 meeting. I was told I did not need to be on the agenda...

And, since Danny has spent the past three summers reconditioning his 1969 Ford 3/4-ton truck, complete with forest service-approved utility bed, also reconditioned, our old home place was starting to look a little ragged around the edges...
