Engineer has idea for BP oil spill

A McCook man has developed an idea that he says will help stem the flow of oil threatening the Gulf of Mexico and American coastlines following an April 20 drilling accident that killed 11 men and injured 17 others. Carlos Dominguez of McCook and Colorado has built a model of a dome that he's recommending to BP Oil to pump oil, into tankers, from the Deepwater Horizon sea-floor oil gusher 40 miles off the Louisiana coast and 5,000 feet below the surface of the Gulf of Mexico...
