It's too bad ballots don't have a place for suggestions. If they did, the "no" voters could explain why they opposed the election issue, and offer suggestions for how they would like to see the problem solved. A good example is Dundy County voters' defeat of $500,000 in funding to help support the county's hospital for each of the next five years...
