OXFORD, Neb. — Thunder Nelson’s 24 points helped Bertrand drop the boom on Cambridge with a 34-13 first half in RPAC East semifinal action Tuesday evening.

The No. 2-seed Vikings (15-3 record) went on to a 62-44 victory over those No. 3 Trojans (10-6).

Cambridge tallied 21 fourth-quarter points but trailed 48-23 entering those last eight minutes.
