Culbertson Freedom Run registrations are in motion

Monday, June 5, 2023

McCOOK, Neb. – Independence Day would not be the same without the early morning Freedom Run in Culbertson. This year, celebrating the 20th year of the race, and honoring Culbertson’s 150th year, the registration fee is waived for participants. The Tuesday, July 4 event begins in the Culbertson city park. This year’s offerings include a 5K for all ages and a kids half-mile fun run. Honored runner will be Dennis Fahrenbruch, who will be starting the race. Dennis, a resident of Culbertson, was instrumental in starting and organizing the first Freedom Run races.
