Wauneta-Palisade junior Peyton Cox powers up for two of her 14 points over Reagan Pelster (12) and the Wallace Wildcats in Tuesday's D2 subdistrict semifinal at Wauneta. Medicine Valley junior Stella Heapy targets a shot just beyond Hitchcock County freshman Raegan Hagan (15) and junior Katie Jarecke (3) Tuesday night in D2 subdistrict semifinal play at Wauneta. Heapy scored 27 points and surpassed 1,000 already as a Raider. They needed those 27 for a 53-44 overtime victory.
