McCook seventh graders make debut vs. N.P.

McCOOK, Neb. — The McCook seventh-grade boys tipped off their season on Tuesday at North Platte with three games.

Coach Dalton Pettera provided all this information.

The A Team lost 33-28. Led in scoring by Mason West with 8 points. Jackson Hartwell, Krayten Ureste, Spencer Snyder, and Rowen Hamilton added 4 points each.

B Team lost 21-11. Scoring leaders were Axel Blomstedt with 4 points and Ben Messinger with 3.

C Team lost 19-3. Blake McCarville had 2 points and Jake Joyce-Houghtelling had 1.

“Our games scheduled for Thursday at Ogallala were postponed but we will resume action on Monday with two games at Dundy County-Stratton,” Pettera revealed.
