Museum annual meeting Thursday

McCOOK, Neb. — The annual meeting of the High Plains Historical Society will be held at the High Plains Museum on Thursday, July 7. A special baseball-themed event complete with ballpark snacks begins at 6 pm with a business meeting to follow at 7:00. The theme for the program is the history of baseball in Southwest Nebraska. The meeting agenda will highlight new lighting and flooring, board and officer elections, and budget approval as well as an announcement of projects to come. Anyone who enjoys America’s pastime or who has an interest in the museum is welcome and encouraged to attend
