McCook's Unified bowlers win first tourney of 2021-22

McCOOK, Neb. — McCook’s Unified Bowling Team competed in their home meet this past Saturday against teams from Ogallala, Lexington, and Cambridge.

McCook did very well winning the meet with a total pin fall of 4108.

Lexington was second with a 4026, Ogallala third with a 2982 , and Cambridge finished the day with a 2914.

McCook also grabbed the honors for the High Baker Game which was awarded to McCook’s team of Allen Holliday, Ian Brown, Ethan Graff, and Jarett Walter.

The team combined for a High Baker Game of 172.

McCook coach Lynne Kinne couldn’t have been more pleased with how the bowlers came out and performed.

Everyone top to bottom bowled well allowing us to gain the team title.

Next competition for McCook will be this coming Saturday as they travel to Lexington for a tournament and then the following Monday they will travel to Kearney for a dual.
