Buffaloes fall to tough Hoxie foe, 52-14

HOXIE, Kan. — Junior Drew Withington ran for 127 yards and one touchdown to highlight a 52-14 Rawlins Couny (Kan.) loss against rival Hoxie (Kan.) Friday night.

The Buffaloes (4-4) were fresh off a 48-o win over Decatur Community (Kan.), but fell behind 38-8 in Hoxie (5-3).

Junior Brandon Chvatal caught a 31-yard pass from Withington for the other Rawlins TD.

Junior Jayden Reed made 17 tackles, eight being solo stops.
