She is the daughter of the late Lloyd and Bonnie Hager. She graduated from Trenton High School and Colorado Women’s College and has lived in Dundy and Chase counties most of her life. Her family includes children, Melissa (Tony) Cochran of Imperial, Julie Jessee of Imperial, Katie (Justin) Markheim of Gering, Neb.; grandchildren, Cody, Bonnie, Grayson and Carrick; and great-grandson, Samuel.
