MCDONALD, Kan. — Marlene Johnson, 90, died Friday (June 11, 2021), at the Wheat Haven Home McDonald.

Funeral services are Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at McDonald Federated Church at 10:30 a.m. CDT. Interment is at Grace Cemetery, McDonald.

She was preceded in death by husband, Raymond; and son, David.

Survivors include children, Connie (Brian) Sabatka of McDonald and Dixie Bethel of McCook, Neb.; 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given in her name to the Church Wheat Haven Home or McDonald American Legion.

Knodel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
