Roundup of all Longhorn state results at Burke

The Chase County girls complete a victory lap around Omaha Burke Stadium after winning their Class C state track/field team championship Saturday afternoon. Below, sophomore Bryn McNair cleared great heights for third among high jumpers while senior Kamrie Dillan (second photo below) turned on the jets to place a close second in Saturday's 100-meter dash. Dillan did win the 200-meter state title. Chase boy Carter Leibbrandt cleared his career-best 13' in the pole vault on Saturday.

OMAHA, Neb. — The Chase County girls were Class C state champions while their boys competed in several events at Burke Stadium last weekend.

Class C girls
