NESS CITY, Kan. — Tosha Dawn Garrison, 48, of Ness City, formerly of Oberlin, Kan., died Thursday (May 13, 2021), at KU Medical Center.

She was born Sept. 17, 1972, in Plainville, Kan., to Terry O. Garrison and Linda Manning. She graduated from Decatur County High School in 1991 and earned a bachelor’s degree in 1998 and master’s degree in 2002 from from Fort Hays State University.

Survivors include her mother, Linda Manning of Oberlin; father, Terry Garrison of Ness City; brother, Tyson Garrison of Oberlin, boyfriend, Bruce Barnes and his children; and grandmothers, Nora Bell Manning of Oberlin and Marie Garrison of Hill City, Kan.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Kenneth Manning and Francis Garrison.

Funeral services are today at 11 a.m., at Pauls Funeral Home, Oberlin. Burial will follow at Oberlin Cemetery. Memorials can be given to a fund set up in her name. Online condolences may be left at www.paulsfh.com.
